Teacher Grading Information
As a Tech Prep teacher, you are responsible for entering grades for students who have registered through our online system. Our deadline for teachers to input grades is the day that grades are due to your district. It is imperative that we receive grades from you as this is the only way that students will earn the college credit they deserve!
If you haven’t registered your class…did you know that Tech Prep credit is FREE for all students? In order to be eligible to receive credit, students simply need to register online with us by the last day of school and receive a ‘B’ grade or better. For more information, please review the instructions for student registrations. Many of our teachers are simply registering entire classes together using these instructions – this process generally takes only 10-15 minutes.
REMINDER: Students who have registered either first or second semester will be transcribed by our colleges in one batch during late July to early August. Students will receive instructions on accessing their transcript in the mail during this time period. Students will not be marked as ‘transcribed’ in our registration system until all information has been send out to students.

You can access your roster any time throughout the year to see which of your students have registered, or simply to look up a Tech Prep ID number for a student.

You will need your USER ID and password to login. If you can’t recall your password, there is a “Forgot Login” box available on the home page OR just let us know and we can quickly reset it to the temporary password so that you can choose your own.
